- Contacting new and existing customers by phone and in writing
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Preparing and following up on offers based on templates
- Maintaining customer data in the system
- Supporting simple sales and acquisition activities
- Close collaboration with the team in daily business operations

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in acquisition, sales, or telemarketing is desirable — ideally in the sale of furniture, automobiles, or insurance
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a results-driven mindset
- Initiative, perseverance, and enthusiasm for sales
- Customer-oriented thinking with a confident and personable demeanor
- High willingness to learn and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
