You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- Management of two teams
- Internal software development: 1 team leader + 9 developers
- Webshop development: 1 project manager + 6 developers
- Work on the optimisation and further development of applications
- Conduct HR requirement analyses in collaboration with your team leaders
- Plan training and certification measures and support individual career planning for your team members
- Cooperate closely with our internal IT department and report directly to the CIO
- Further develop the road map in collaboration with the CIO
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completion of an apprenticeship/traineeship or a university or technical college degree in computer science, or several years of professional experience in the field
- At least 3 years’ experience in software development
- Comprehensive analytical and statistical skills
- A structured, result-oriented and independent way of working backed by project management skills
- The ability to work flexibly and in a team
- Very good German and English skills
