You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
You organize and manage all accounting processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
You handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment processing and dunning—keeping everything on track.
You manage fixed asset accounting and maintain a clear overview of our asset values.
You prepare monthly financial statements, including VAT returns, and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
You create reports, statistics, and analyses that support important business decisions.
You prepare the annual financial statements, working closely with tax advisors and internal departments.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed professional training as an accountant/bookkeeper/tax specialist (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of German VAT law
- Experience in financial accounting and preparatory annual financial statements
- Strong affinity for numbers, entrepreneurial thinking, creativity as well as willingness to learn, communication skills and empathy
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
