Are you ready to take customer satisfaction to the next level? As our After Sales Manager, you ensure smooth service processes and create real added value for our customers.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You lead our after-sales teams in technical and logistical customer service. Using Salesforce and innovative reporting tools, you ensure smooth operations and monitor internal and external partners based on clear performance indicators.
- You identify improvement opportunities, develop strategies to increase efficiency, and select new service partners to continuously enhance service quality.
- Together with your team, you address individual customer needs, coordinate with other departments, and ensure seamless communication. As a contact person, you are always available for your colleagues.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have a completed commercial, technical, or logistical qualification (ideally with further training) or a university degree.
- You bring several years of leadership experience and proven expertise in (technical) customer service.
- Excellent German and good English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- You are organized, decisive, adaptable, and pragmatic in solving problems.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and strong IT affinity complete your profile.
