- Support: You will support the sales management team in all organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business as well as in the coordination and management of the showrooms.
- Strategy & project management: You act as a sparring partner for strategic issues and actively contribute ideas. You initiate and monitor strategic projects for further development and actively increase efficiency.
- Value orientation: You identify with our corporate values: appreciation, trust and responsibility. Loyalty and integrity are integral parts of your personality.
- Interface: You act as a communicative interface and are also the company-wide contact person for relevant topics.
- Key figures: You analyse and maintain relevant key figures, use them to create reports and derive recommendations for action.
- Events and travel: You bring structure and creativity to the organisation of events, meetings and conferences.

Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- Completed commercial training/degree or comparable qualification.
- Good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
- High affinity with PMS, CMR and ERP systems
- Very good communication skills
- Enjoyment of a wide range of tasks
- Organisational talent and flexibility
- Structured working style
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Confident, professional manner and very good interpersonal skills
- High degree of assertiveness
