You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You take care of our existing and new customers – mainly in writing, but also by telephone..
- You handle incoming orders and ensure smooth processing.
- You prepare compelling offers.
- You coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
- You conduct contract negotiations regarding quantities, delivery times, routes, and conditions.
- You support our e-commerce partners in their sales activities.
- You work closely with Marketing to align sales activities.
- You provide our customers with expert advice and are always available to assist them, thereby building long-term relationships.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
- You have completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade or office management.
- You are confident using MS Office (Word, Excel) and ideally also SAP and Salesforce.
- You have commercial negotiating skills, are a strong communicator, and enjoy interacting with others.
- You enjoy working with people and focus on the satisfaction of our customers.
- You have very good German language skills.
- As we are an international company, good to very good English skills and other languages are a plus.
- You like to think outside the box and contribute new ideas.
