As a Recruiter – Employer Branding & Recruiting Communication, you will be the bridge between active recruiting and modern employer brand communication.

You can achieve great things with us! Your responsibilities at a glance
- You develop and implement creative employer branding concepts – both internally and externally.
- You create and maintain content for our career pages, social media channels, and job platforms.
- You plan and execute communication initiatives as well as recruiting campaigns.
- You work closely with the marketing team to produce content such as videos, graphics, and texts.
- You organise and participate in trade fairs, university events, and employer branding events.
- You analyse target group behaviour and derive suitable communication strategies from your findings.
- You support applicant management, coordinate interviews, and maintain our applicant tracking system (Personio).
- You take part in selection processes, help develop assessment tools, and document selection procedures in a structured manner.
- You actively contribute to internal brand development, e.g., through employee retention initiatives.
- You develop, maintain, and implement onboarding processes – including individual onboarding plans for new colleagues.
Your Area of Responsibility
- You independently manage exciting employer branding projects.
- You maintain and strategically develop our employer brand presence.
- You are actively involved in operational recruiting processes.
- You use and maintain our applicant tracking system (Personio) with confidence.
- You contribute to the selection of appropriate assessment and diagnostic methods.
- You are responsible for the structured design and implementation of the onboarding process.

- You have a degree or completed vocational training in HR, marketing, communications, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in employer branding, personnel marketing, or social media recruiting.
- You have experience in content creation and are skilled in cross-channel storytelling.
- You are familiar with applicant management and confidently support interviews.
- You are proficient in using social networks and common content tools.
- You are creative, well-organised, and happy to take responsibility for your projects.
- You possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way – even when things get busy.
- You proactively approach people and quickly build trusting relationships.
- You have a good eye for trends and know how to engage and inspire target audiences.
