You keep a clear overview even when supply chains get complex – and you love it when everything runs smoothly across borders?
As an Import and Export Clerk, you ensure that our international goods flows are handled punctually, accurately, and efficiently. You coordinate shipments, manage all necessary documentation, and make sure that customs and trade regulations are always fully complied with.

You create, review, and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes, and customs papers.
You organize sea freight shipments — from booking cargo space with shipping lines and forwarders to coordinating pickups and deliveries.
You monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and ensure all goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
You handle transport issues or delays quickly and efficiently.
You keep an eye on costs and budgets and actively contribute to process and cost optimization.
You ensure that all import and export operations comply with legal requirements.
Your expertise matters! Our desired profile
You have several years of experience in supply chain management and are well-versed in the import and export handling of sea freight shipments.
You possess solid knowledge of customs and international trade regulations and have experience working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and authorities.
You work in an organized, reliable, and solution-oriented manner – even under pressure.
You have strong English skills and are confident using logistics software and MS Office applications.
Your team spirit, communication skills, and customer-oriented mindset complete your profile.
